Please read the following carefully before placing an order. By trading with FastAndFresh.co.uk you are bound by these Terms And Conditions.The agreement becoming effective from the time and date of the initial transaction.
Try On At Home For FREE ! As Vibram 5 Finger are such a unique and close fitting product it is very important for you to get the right size. Fast & Fresh are the only retailer to provide an exclusive Try On At Home Service.
For only £10 we will bring a large selection of shoes to your home, club or place of work. You can choose your style, talk about your transition to minimalist shoes and even go for a run to test them out. Not only that but if you keep the appointment the £10 will be refunded* to you whether you make a purchase or not. *Via Paypal.
Due to the popularity of this service please ensure you give us 48 hours notice of cancellation to receive your refund. Distances more than 30 miles from Castle Donington (determined by Multi Map) will be charged at 40p per mile for each additional mile. This extra petrol fee will not be refunded with the £10.
Orders. When you place an order for a product you are offering to buy it subject to these Terms. Online orders will be acknowledged by email within twenty-four hours of receipt.
Payment. Payment can be made from your Paypal account or using your credit card or debit card via Paypal. In the UK, you may also pay by cheque or postal orderif you wish. Please make cheques payable to Elizabeth Candler and remember to include postage. Make sure you include a covering letter detailing your order, cheque guarantee card number, guaranteed amount, expiry date, contact details and delivery address.
*Please Note: Orders paid for by cheque will be dispatched after 5 working days once the cheque has cleared.
Prices quoted on FastAndFresh.co.uk are in UK pounds. Outside the UK your credit card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the current rate. Please note our charges and refunds are in UK pounds and FastAndFresh.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Delivery. Upon receipt of your cleared funds all items in stock will be dispatched to you within 3 working days by registered (signed for) post. Alternatively items can be collected from our offices in Castle Donington. Please email us for more details. No responsibility can be taken for items returned because the postman is unable to deliver.
Royal Mail then deliver most items within 2-5 working days. An item can not be classed as lost until it has been undelivered for 15 working days. If you require your items faster please contact us for Guaranteed Next Day Delivery costs. We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but Fast And Fresh.co.uk will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
For overseas orders we will calculate the delivery costs involved and send you a PayPal invoice for the extra postage due. Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. You should consult your local customs office for more details as unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be.
Warranty. Only an authorized stockist such as Fast And Fresh will provide a two year guarantee on your Vibram Five Finger shoes. The 2 year manufacterers warranty covers you if the sole wears through, any of the stitching or the glue falls apart. Also on styles such as the Classic and the Bikila LS if the elastic breaks.
Upon reciept of your goods you have 7 days from the day after you recieve your order to cancel, after this time items which are the wrong size will be replaced by the next size up or down. Where this is not possible a replacement style or a refund will be offered. FastAndFresh.co.uk cannot accept back any item that has been specially ordered in a special size, style or colour unless the item is faulty. All other customer rights are upheld.
All items returned for replacement must be in their clean, original packaging with the tags attached and intact, be fit for resale and free from scuffs, tears, rips and creases. The items must not smell of cigarette smoke, body odour, washing powder or fabreeze. Items must not be worn other than to try on for size. Please ensure your feet are clean when trying on shoes. The sellers decision in the assessment of the items condition is final.
The cost of posting the return item must be paid by the Customer. Please enclose this cost of returning the goods with your item for exchange. The cost of postage can be provided by FastAndFresh.co.uk or found on the Royal Mail webesite. Where the Customer fails to use a 'Recorded Delivery' system such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service FastAndFresh.co.uk cannot be held liable to exchange the goods without proof that the goods have been recieved by FastAndFresh.co.uk.
Please use the contact form to get our returns address. Make sure you include in the parcel a copy of your reciept, the postage cost for your return item and a note stating your name, address and the reason for your return. Please state exactly where the fault can be found on the item.
Faulty products. If a product arrives damaged or defective we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate. Details are given in the section above as to how to return your item. Faulty items must be returned within 28 days of reciept. Please return your items a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery)
If you email us a picture of your proof of posting certificate we will also refund for your return postage costs. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. FastAndFresh.co.uk will not be held liable for the loss of any returned items/parcels. We recommend that you obtain Proof of Posting and take out adequate parcel insurance to cover against consequential loss by the Post Office.
Certain products and services are excluded from this returns policy, including food/perishable items, personalised products or those specially ordered. These items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible.
Availability And Content. We try to keep FastAndFresh.co.uk stock levels as up to date as possible. If there is a particular item that is not available in the quantities that you require, please contact us and we will advise you when we will be able to supply it. Due to the popularity of many of our products you can pre-order next seasons styles or leave a deposit against the all of our products. Please email us with your requirements and we will issue you with a Paypal invoice for your deposit. This deposit is none refundable unless Fast And Fresh are unable to supply your order within a reasonable length of time.
When new styles are released items are dispatched on a 1st come 1st served basis to those who have pre-ordered. Please contact us at mail@fastandfresh.co.uk if you have any questions. We will contact you regarding delivery of out of stock items as soon as they are received.
Product Descriptions. All items are described as accurately as possible. The limitations of colour reproduction may mean a slight variation from the actual products can occur.

You may use FastAndFresh.co.uk for private and personal non-commercial use only - i.e. to view, copy and print portions of FastAndFresh.co.uk for the sole purpose of placing orders. The materials on FastAndFresh.co.uk may not be used for any other purpose. The brands featured on FastAndFresgh.co.uk belong to their respective owners.
Privacy and Data Policy. FastAndFresh.co.uk makes a commitment to protecting your privacy and promises only to use information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. When you place an order, we may ask you for certain information and you may submit personal data to FastAndFresh.co.uk (for example your name, phone number, postal address, email address, contact and bank / credit card details). We may also record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase as well as customer traffic patterns and site use.
